In a previous life, Meghan worked in private practice as a holistic nutritionist and taught at a nutrition college. She's studied alternative medicine therapies, psychology and counselling at a Masters level, and otherworldly arts. She has two wild and beautiful children. She's done copywriting for artists and entrepreneurs and her first (self-published) poetry collection was released in September 2021.
Meghan is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC), certified in Focusing-Oriented Therapy and Relational Somatic Therapy. She recently completed a 5-month grief ritual training with Francis Weller and is currently in a year- long immersion focused on the union of psychotherapy and embodied spritual realization with Matt Licata. These somatic, soulful approaches to being with people in their depths profoudly inform her therapy practice and her life.
She lives on a small island on the west coast of Canada, the traditional territory of the SENĆOŦEN and Hul'qumi'num' speaking peoples , with her family and an assortment of furry and feathered creatures. She loves bonfires, stripes, apple blossoms, and anything made with lime.
